TERMS OF SERVICE1) Payment
* All types of commissions must be paid in full after receiving Line Art.
* Payment will be received via In game currency / PayPal for overseas clients, and GCash for local clients.
2) Work Process
* Interview -> Sketch -> LineArt -> Flats -> Render -> Preview
• During interview I will be asking questions to get a better grasp on what you want. References and pegs should also be sent during this step. Acceptance or decline of commission will be during this part.
• You will receive a screenshot per step for your approval or revision. First 2 revisions are free. Revisions on top of this will require extra charge. Once approved and properly signed off, we move on to the next step and can no longer make revisions to the previous step. If you require a previous step to be revised, it will incur extra charge.
• Preview is the last step and payment would be required at this point before the release of the commissioned work.
• The total time for the commission to be completed can range from 1-2 weeks or 3-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece and my current work schedule. You will be informed of time estimates before I start the commission.
• You will be informed of any possible delays before they occur.
• After the work has been completed you will receive a 350 dpi file. I can send in .jpg, .png, .psd format (with layers already merged)
3. Supplying References
• I will only accept a commission if there is adequate visual reference or pegs given in the interview step. Having descriptions and story background on the character is perfectly fine and will definitely help, but the visual reference / pegs are a MUST.
--> The exception is if the commission is for character design work with no references which has its own rate.
• The more information I receive in the interview step, the easier and quicker and more accurate I can complete your commission with hopefully minimal revisions.
• I cannot draw NSFW, Complicated Mecha, Hardcore gore.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions that I feel I am not on the level to execute in a satisfactory manner.
4. Copyright/Reposting
• I own the rights to all my works which allows me to use and repost them online in any way I want (promotion purposes.)
• I will not own the rights to any of your characters you may request me to draw.
• Commercial use of my works is prohibited (do not make any money of it). For commercial commissions please contact me through twitter -> ReikoKouRe. (Vtuber model commissions are considered commercial art, that is why the rates are very different for it)
• The commissioner is allowed to use, print for personal use, edit, and repost the commissioned work. Credit is appreciated but not required.
• The commissioner is NOT allowed to claim the work as their own efforts.
5. Commercial Commissions

6. Refunds/Canceling
• If the commission has already been accepted and is already past the Line step, the commissioner will have to pay a cancellation fee. (10-20% of initial price) Please be very sure before you commission me.
• If the commission is already on Preview stage, it cannot be cancelled and will have to be paid for in full.
• I reserve the rights to decline or cancel a commission should circumstances call for it.
• If I cancel a commission, any payment made will be refunded in full.
7. Vtuber Commissions
The same rules apply for Vtuber Commissions; however payment scheme would be slightly different since this is considered a big, commercial commission.
• Vtuber Commissions are commercial art and can be used as such. The price includes commercial use.
• I will use your model in my portfolio, details will however not be released until the commissioner has had their debut/given their consent
• Any cancellation occurring past the approval of the sketch will be charged with the time and effort spent (starting at 20% of the initial price).
• I reserve the rights to decline or cancel a vtuber commission. I will refund the full amount of any payment received.By commissioning me, you are agreeing all the aforementioned terms of service.Made with Carrd
